✨ Position Details
Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
$22 per hour
Employee discount: 30%
Weekend availability required
Located in Sarasota, FL
💅 What You’ll Do
Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth
Style outfits and help customers build looks
Maintain themed trend sections (Y2K, Indie Sleaze, Graphic Tees, etc.)
Steam and prep merchandise
Straighten, organize, and refresh racks daily
Light cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, trash)
Assist with receiving and tagging inventory
Support in-store events and community activations
Contribute ideas for visual merchandising
This is hands-on retail.

Self-motivated and reliable
Obsessed with fashion or resale culture
Comfortable talking to strangers
Not afraid of color, glitter, or bold design
Detail-oriented (yes, hangers matter here)
Understands that retail is performance + precision
Retail experience is a plus — but not required.
Life experience counts.
